Would you like to have your Alaska photos published?
Early in my professional photography career, I licensed photos to an Alaskan publishing company that produced (in my opinion) the finest Alaska-themed calendars. A few years ago, I purchased that same company, Greatland Graphics, and have continued the nearly four-decade legacy of licensing photos from Alaska photographers. While the global talent pool of photographers is impressive, we like to feature the work of local Alaskans.
The period to submit photos for consideration in the next round of calendars is underway now. If you are a photographer living in Alaska and have some outstanding nature and wildlife photos that you would like to submit and be considered for publication, please send me an email for details. In 2020 Greatland Graphics paid out more than $17,000 in licensing fees.
The preferred method of submission is through Greatland’s upload portal, but for some, the file size is too large for their internet speed, and a USB drive will suffice. A while back, I got a bunch of USB drives with my logo on the exterior from usbmemorydirect.com
You can familiarize yourself with the type of photographs used in our calendars at Greatlandgraphics.com.
