In the past, I’ve shared some options for the upcoming covers of my calendars, and have greatly appreciated the input from my blog readers. Although it was in question for a while, I’ve decided to continue publishing my Fairbanks and Interior Alaska calendar, which highlights images from Alaska’s interior region. I’ve made four mock-ups as cover options, although the text placement may change a bit, it is the cover image choice I’d like to get your feedback on. First impression is usually best, without too much analysis. Please let me know which one you like, and/or if you would like to see something different.

I vote for the 2 baby moose, I love the way one is leaning on the other… ya know, we all need some support every now and again!
I like “Denali Reflection”. Moose you can find all over Alaska but what says “interior Alaska” more than our great mountain, Denali! Also catches the eye more, too many moose calenders in Fairbanks if you ask me 🙂
easily no.2 … hotly contested by no.3 … but no.2 has that something else – makes you stop, the eyes widen and the reaction is…. ohhhh my goodness, how beautiful !!! …..it’s got that definite wow factor – all impressive pics Patrick 🙂 regards

Baby Moose. That one caught my heart the other day .
All four photos are beautiful, but I think the two baby mooses (plural – meese??) is unique and will sell a lot of copies!

Denali reflection closely followed by baby moose. But being an animal lover if the 2 were side be side I would probably pick up the moose one first and flip over to see the other months pictures before I chose. Is there enough market for 2 calendars one landscape and one just animals?

Hey all, thanks for your feedback. While I like some of the appeal of the wildlife, I’m leaning pretty strongly towards the landscape of Denali and the lake. I do think it shows the breadth and uniqueness that Alaska, and the interior offers. I’ll see if I can incorporate the baby moose into a monthly feature inside the calendar.
