I’ve had a few inquiries about the new 2014 AT&T wall calendar, wondering if it was my photo and where it was taken. It is indeed a picture I took in the southern foothills of the Central Brooks Range of Alaska, during an aurora photography trip. It is actually a stitch of two photos that I made side by side, to create the panorama format which meets the size parameters of the wall calendar. It is the 5th image I’ve had selected for this calendar by AT&T and I’m excited to have a selection from one of my favorite places in Alaska. If you live in Alaska, you can pick up a free copy of the calendar at your local AT&T Store. Click on the photo to see a participating store near you.

Awesome Patrick, congrats on your selection! This is the same spot we shot that night with the tent right?
Thanks Phyllis, Yes, that is the same spot, just more aurora and less clouds!
Wonderful rendition of a very special place along the Dalton. Magical stitch
Absolutely wonderful!!! Congratulations!!!
The calendar is great but what about the trip?
We’re you on the stranded ship?
