My blog posts have been very slim in 2017, as I’ve been busy with many projects, including lots of travel in Alaska. In keeping a tradition alive, I’ve picked 100 pictures from my travels and photo adventures in 2017. It was a great year of sights and sounds, and the new destinations in Alaska seem never-ending.

I have followed your photography for many years — an inspiration for a avid amateur, such as my self. Your body of work is impressive. Are you thinking of doing any more guides? I thought that your e-pubs on photographing the aurora were excellent.
Thanks Marvin, I’ve had a few eBook projects in the works, but nothing published yet. I might complete something this year and will make an announcement when that happens.
