Minus 40 below - A Cold Day in Fairbanks, Alaska

Nothing like a good friend to rope into modeling for a crazy photo. At minus 43 degrees F, this image needs little explanation. I stuck the glasses in the snow and sprayed them with a squirt bottle. The water instantly froze as it created icicles. They did not last long on the face however. I returned the modeling favor for my colleague and nearly frost bit my nose!
